PRICE LIST & INFORMATION FOR BOOKING ONLINE
*On our Home Page you will see the option to click a V widget. Once you click this you will be able to see your choices for your provider, service and date desired. Once you pick these options you will see the appointment times available for the service you select, with the Stylist or Technician you chose. In this screen it will also show you the price for the service.
(YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AT BOOKING, 24 AND 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT), if you prefer a TEXT message reminder, rather than an email, please let us know at checkout and we can change this for you.
*You may cancel or change an appointment online but not with in 24 hours of this
appointment. You must PHONE the salon directly if less than 24 hours notice and a cancellation charge may be applicable if time is unable to be filled.
*You may not book an appointment sooner than 2 hours ahead of time. There is no limitation of how many appointments you can book at a time, once you choose a service, a + sign will appear, click this and you will be able to add more services, as desired. If you are looking for a last minute appointment you may call us directly (604-287-4247) to see if there is anyway we are able to accomadate you.
*If you do not see any appointments for the day you are wanting, it does not mean your Stylist is not in, but their schedule may be full. Call us and we can see how we can accomadate you.
*TIP: You can create 1 profile for the entire family so it is nice and simple, just please add into NOTES whom the appointment is for.
*Notes: we do read these when you add them to your Online appointment, but often not until the day of the appointment, so if it is something important, please call us directly.
Reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment, we ask that you follow the link to CONFIRM your appointment. If you do not confirm and you are a NEW client, we may call you to ensure you are attending, if at that point you are unable to be reached, your appointment may be cancelled. This is to ensure proper and fair treatment to awaiting clients and to respect Stiletto Staffs' time, along with ensuring you do not miss you appointment.
If you are ever not able to get a booking with your Stylist please call us and ask to speak to us directly and we will do our best to accomadate you or tell you which Stylist would best suite you.
